The Center participated in the SC'98 International Grid research demonstrations showcase (iGrid) in Orlando Florida. This showcase developed by the University of Illinois at Chicago and by Indiana University demonstrated the complementary nature of research being conducted around the world, including the ability to access unique data and computing resources, providing a compelling reason for global, interoperable advanced research networks. http://www.startap.net |
